WinPure Clean & Match 2010 is split into 3 sections (DATA, CLEAN, MATCH). The DATA section (screenshot below) allows you to import one or two lists, the CLEAN section contains 5 seperate list/data cleansing modules, and the MATCH module is for matching/deduplicating one or two lists.
